Norol Hamiza Zamzuri is a senior lecturer from Faculty of Business Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA. She hold a Phd in Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2016 and actively involves in event management research. Her research areas are event sustainability, information system evaluation, event’s technology and other related areas in management. She was involved as academic committee for the establishment of Degree in Event Management in 2006 and wide experience in organizing an event. She also has wide experience in conducting qualitative research. She has been teaching qualitative research methodology and has contributed a number of articles in journals and chapters in the book.
