She was an internal auditor for Taylor’s University and being as the advisor for the AVEC 2020. Her research area was related to Event Risk, Event Safety and Security, Music Festivals, Entertainment Events, Risk-Taking Behavior, Safety Awareness & Privacy Concerns, and Dark Tourism.

Norol Hamiza Zamzuri is a senior lecturer from Faculty of Business Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA. She hold a Phd in Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2016 and actively involves in event management research. Her research
areas are event sustainability, information system evaluation,
event’s technology and other related areas in management. She was involved as academic committee for the establishment of Degree in Event Management in 2006 and wide experience in organizing an event. She also has wide experience in conducting qualitative research. She has been teaching qualitative research methodology and has contributed a number of articles in journals and chapters in the book.

She has been a senior lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) for the past 20 years. He commenced his career as a lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2020. His priority areas of interest related to teaching, learning, research, and collaboration are tourism marketing, social media, destination image and travel behaviour. Previously, he was the Assistant Director at Tourism Malaysia for the past 8 years.
